Through PLTI I have gained confidence, competency, and context to what changemaking looks like in my community.

This experience gave very tangible answers paired with tools to answer the question of 'well what can I even do about it?' It has shown me that not only are there many pathways and people who are making a difference, but that my voice is needed and valued in those spaces. I feel as though I have made lifelong connections and friendships with my cohort and the facilitation team and I cannot wait to see the impact we have on our city. ”
