PLTI-KC is a sponsored project of the Community Capital Fund (CCF), a non-profit organization. As the fiscal sponsor of PLTI-KC, CCF assumes all legal responsibility for PLTI-KC and provides back-office support for PLTI-KC’s operations. Since CCF’s board has the fiduciary responsibility to PLTI-KC, PLTI-KC’s board operates as an advisory board but is the primary decision-making body for PLTI-KC.
