“To me PLTI means several things but if I had to capture the meaning of PLTI, I would say PLTI reminds me of a quote from John C. Maxwell who said, "the single best way to impact an organization is to focus on leadership development." I believe that by investing in parents, the leaders of families, PLTI has increased the value of life for children and families for generations to come. Quantitative data can attempt to capture those directly impacted by PLTI however I believe the impact and meaning is far greater. Specifically, in my own life PLTI has brought direction to my purpose, peace of mind, great networking web and endless library of knowledgeable people. For these blessings I am grateful. I know that by participating in PLTI I am a stronger father, a better speaker and a more complete advocate for our children.”
